Three people, one truck, and a route
Positive Vibes Lawns started with a walk-behind mower in a neighbor’s garage and a handwritten list of four houses on Elmwood. The list got longer. The idea did not change: show up the same day every week, cut it properly, and leave the yard looking like somebody cared about it.
We are still small on purpose. One route, one crew, no subcontractors — so the person who cuts your grass in March is the person who cuts it in October.

How the route actually runs
Four things we do not negotiate on. Everything else is whatever works for your yard.

The same crew, every week
You get the same two or three people on your yard all season. They learn where the sprinkler heads are, which gate sticks, and how short you like it. Nothing gets re-explained.

A day, not a window
Routes are set by neighborhood, so your yard has a day. Tuesday is Tuesday. If rain moves us, you get a text before we would have arrived, not after.

Sharp blades or nothing
Blades come off and get sharpened weekly. A dull blade tears the grass and the tips brown out by Thursday — the difference shows up in the photograph, not the invoice.

We clean up like it is ours
Edges cut, walks blown, clippings off the drive. If a bag of trimmings has to leave with us, it leaves with us.
